Special and/or sensitive personal data
Our website and services do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. We cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. Parents who believe we have collected personal data about a minor without consent should contact us at urbanrise.travel@gmail.com, and we will delete that information.

To ensure it is you making the request, we may ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request (please redact your passport photo, MRZ, passport number and Burgerservicenummer / national number). We will respond as quickly as possible and at the latest within four weeks.

Urban Rise takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unlawful modification.
